Why do you want to be part of Survivor?: I love challenge and new adventures. This show is the challenge/adventure of a lifetime.
What’s one life experience you feel has prepared you for the game?: A few years ago, in Brazil my friends and I went on a hike. It was supposed to be three hours and ended up being six. None of us spoke fluent Portuguese. The end of the hike was actually a climb. We had to stumble our way back in the dark. Essentially, I’m used to adventures I’m fully unprepared for and get by solely through the power of friendship.
Which previous player do you identify with the most? Who do you think you will play most like?: I love Amanda Kimmel and Rachel LaMont. Amanda played a loyal, resilient game with close allies, and Rachel played a scrappy, no holds barred climb to the top. Both were brilliant and flexible, and I hope to be the same.
What will you value in an alliance partner?: I want someone who is willing to take risks with me and engage in shenanigans.
Favorite hobbies: Boxing, skydiving, hiking, dramatic reading nights, really whatever I’ve picked up this week.
Pet Peeves: White sunglasses, flip flops and jeans, when the least informed person is telling everyone else what to do.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of?: My marriage to my husband.
What is something we would never know from looking at you?: My parents are my biggest inspiration. My mom is a genius, who homeschooled me and my siblings, and my dad was a 26 year Air Force officer, who (in his own words), succeeded primarily based on his good looks. In my 33 years I’ve never heard my parents yell at me, my siblings, or each other, although I certainly deserved it a lot.
Why will you be the Sole Survivor? My sparkling personality, undeniable wit, and of course, my good looks.
